Brownies & blondies
Rocky Road, Wagon Wheel, Ferrero style, Galaxy… proper gooey ones.
Stuffed cookies
Nutella, Black Forest, Dairy Milk, chocolate orange. Big and squidgy.
Savouries
Sausage rolls, cheese & bacon twists and homemade quiches.
Dessert pots
Banoffee, tiramisu, lemon cheesecake, chocolate mousse.

Birthdays, 1sts, 18ths, 60ths and everything in between! I make piped buttercream cakes, kinder cookie pies and all sorts of made-to-order treats. Last-minute orders are sometimes possible, but it's best to ask early so I can fit you in.

I'm a Harwich local and I bake everything from my home kitchen, with lots of love, fresh ingredients and (I'll be honest) very generous portions. Nobody leaves my shed hungry!
The little pink cake shed in my front garden started as a bit of fun, and now it's my favourite place in the world. Seeing your faces on a Friday morning makes every early start worth it. Thank you for all the support, Dovercourt!
